1. To book privately with a great price, press the book now button. This will lead you to a Vrbo account. Go to the calendar to see if your days are available. Email us at paradisepointepalms@gmail.com your dates. We will block your days for a 48 hour period until we receive your first payment. Paradise Pointe requires an upfront payment of 50% of the total cost to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before your check-in date.

2. Our Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before their check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 14 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.

3. Pet Policy: We happily welcome pets! There is a one-time pet fee of $150 for the duration of your stay.
